Bodzentyńska Bakery was founded by Romuald Gołębiowski in 1937 and has been the current building is from 1950. The quality and taste of bread are a result of baking it in a ceramic kiln. The process of making bread is constantly watched because the acidification process takes many hours, and everything needs to comply with strict time standards. The bakery offers a wide range of products, including whole wheat, rye and wheat, mixed wheat and half-confectionary products such as yeast buns, plain and with various fillings. The bakers use traditional Polish art of baking, without the use of chemical leavening agents and preservatives.
