"Bio Bojek" is a company engaged in the production of dried vegetables and fruit in the traditional manner. The raw materials for their production primarily come from an organic farm owned by the company. The products, among other delicacies from the members of Culinary Heritage Swietokrzyskie, are sold in the organic food store in Ostrowiec Swietokrzyski, which is also run by the Bojek family.
