On top of a rock hill overlooking Jezero,the Field of Vrgorac ,lies the ring-shaped village of VINA. In the 16th century the village was named after its eponymous and divine drink-"WINE": Since then,the noble plant vitis vinifera and its indigenous varieties grown on rate valleys and in scare crevices have been defying extinction and oblivion. Thanks to his passion for winemaking,oenologist Goran Franić incorporated his indelible signature in production of superior quality wines made of indigenous varietie's of TRNAK,CRLJENAK(ZINFANDEL), and RUKATAC (MALVASIA LUNGA). Upon tasting of red wines Trnak and Crljenak(Zinfandel),enchanting,elegance, sumptuous notes of black berries and touch of toasted bread are recognized on the plate,while Rukatac(Malvasia lunga) attracts by its lightness and subtle texture of pome fruits
