With respect and love for our island, for the animals and for nature, we run the Lammbutiken in Äpplerum at the old family farm from the 17th century. Everything that the sheep and lambs can give us is used to: wool, leather, meat. With "Sheep" in focus there are art, handicrafts, leather goods, cafe, delicacies, honey, textile etc. depending on availability and season. We all get to know the biodiversity through these fantastic pastures. We produce our own marmalade, chutney, jelly on rose quince, juice, crispbread and honey products. We sell our own produced lamb & sheep meat and eggs.
