In a half-timbered house overlooking Hanöbukten (Hanö bay), high above Kivik's salty cobbled streets you will find our studio and course room. Here you get to learn how to bake sourdough bread from the start, by cultural cereals from the spruce farm and baked in the wood-fired oven. In the summer, craft-made ice cream of the highest quality are sold in our ice-cream carriage in Kivik's harbor. The ice cream is made from natural ingredients - organic fruits, berries and locally produced milk products.
