
Karczma Rzym Inn is located in an enchanting place on the border of the city of Bydgoszcz and at the exit from Grunwaldzka street in the direction of the city of Szczecin. The inn interior refers to the fairly tale world of Adam Mickiewicz’s ballad entitled “Mrs Twardowska”. The inn organises fests with their Polish cuisine and goose meat dishes, for which the Inn was awarded with a certificate the Goose Meat Route of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province. The inn cooks prepare dishes using raw materials obtained from local manufacturers and herbs, which grow in the in garden. They specialise in such dishes as Weisswurst in a jar served with homemade bread, pork knuckles in honey and garlic marinade and goose stuffed with roast potatoes, vegetables and dried fruit. The in was also awarded with a certificate of “In Mother’s Eye” as a place friendly for children, who can find special dishes there.
