Tavern "At The Open Air Museum" is located right at the entrance to the Ethnographic Park in Tokarnia and with its appearance it invites visitors for typical peasant food. In the tavern menu you can find "bidula" and "kluchy babuchy" and delicious goose with liver stuffing from the oven. It's hard to resist the flavours from the kitchen, as all recipes of dishes and their preparation processes are based on old local recipies. Direct contacts with farmers help provide local ingredients.
