Kafëbë Coffee & Bistro was created in the spirit of promoting Kashubian cuisine, both for the inhabitants of the Tri-City and for tourists visiting our region. The décor of the restaurant brings visitors a traditional Kashubian embroidery creating an interesting atmosphere combined with regional cuisine. Kafëbë is based on local products, which are obtained for the most part from members of the Network of Culinary Pomeranian Heritage. In the menu, there are many traditional dishes typical of the cuisine of our region, based on local raw materials. We can find here fish soup with cod, dumplings with blood sausage, mash, spay, beer or beer from local producers.
