Jedrzejowska Dairy Cooperative in Wodzislaw was set up in 1903. Its raw material base is the milk obtained from about 500 producers from the Swietokrzyskie Region, who altogether deliver 6 million liters of milk per year. The cooperative produces cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, double cream, butter, buttermilk, milk and kefir (a yoghurt-like drink). Our leading products are jedrzejowski cream cheese and jedrzejowskie butter. Our co-op has been awarded in various agri-food competitions, and the jedrzejowski cream cheese is registered on the List of Traditional Products.
