
Grudziądz Dairy was established in 1898. Since 1995 the company operates under the name “Grudziądzka Spółdzielnia Mleczarska”. The production is based in over 95% on milk delivered from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship (Grudziądz, Chełmno and Brodnica districts). The rest of the raw material comes from Pomorskie Voivodeship, Kwidzyn district. Butter is made with traditional methods, just like over one hundred years ago. At the same time a modern HACCP food safety system and production based on clear bacterial cultures guarantees high quality of products. The Cooperative produces milk, butter and cottage cheese. The following are the most valued products of Grudziądzka Spółdzielnia Mleczarska that combine traditional production methods connected to the region with high quality: - Tylżycki cheese from Grudziądz, - cream with 18% of fat, - Ekstra Delikatne (Extra Delicate) butter, - Cream cheese, - Cottage cheese.
