Fiskcentralen AS

Fiskcentralen is a wholesale business established in 1934, located at the Oslo Fishmarket (Oslo Fiskehall). We daily receive wild catch from the outer Oslofjord; from the Island of Hitra outside of Trondheim where we pick scallops; and all the way from Mehamn in Finnmark where we source King Crab from our subsidiary company. Our favorite fish, however, is the local wild catch. We daily deliver fresh catch from the fjord, freshwater fish and shellfish in season – as well as seafood catering, to a number of great chefs in everything from canteens to top-end restaurants.
