We are proud to base our products on local raw materials. We specialize in Old Polish and regional cuisines, especially in fish and meat dishes. Our Warmian stuffed goose and eel’s soup presented in many competitions, received the highest award in VII and VIII edition of the national contest ‘Our Culinary Heritage’ and the prestigious prize ‘Pearl 2007’ and ‘Pearl 2008’ at the Polagra Farm Fair in Poznań.
