We also have beef breeds Simental, Highland and of course Polish Red. This latter old Polish breed of cattle is included in the program of genetic resources protection. The meat products obtained from it were recommended to the Małopolska Culinary Heritage Network. The meat of the Polish Red is characterized by very good quality, light marbling and high tasting. Our meat is never anonymous. On each label, in addition to the necessary information, there is a name of farmer who has bred the animal. The address of his farm and the number of the ecological certificate are also there. We care for the animals to be fed and live to their nature.
