Family Apiary operates since 1954. Biernatka is located in a picturesque area of Bory Człuchowskie. In this organic farm owners cares for each stage of the process in the formation of honey, and the production is based solely on natural methods. Apiary EkoBarć was the first in Poland which received a Certificate Ekoland Ecological Association (unites producers of organic food). Owners offer a full bouquet of honey flavors. Honeys are biologically active, cold pressed, hand- packed, not heated and rapidly crystallize. Currently,apiary counts about 800 hives. In 2009. Forest Honey from Biernatka was inscribed on the List of Traditional Products. Since 2009. also sale and breeding of fallow deer (herd approx. 200 pcs).
