The organic farm "Frykas" located in the Lower Oder Valley is a small family farm. She works mainly breeding goats and cows. Specialties include rennet cheese ripened goat's and cow's milk and soft cheeses. We also offer herbs, herbal syrups and homemade fruit with herbs. In addition, we conduct workshops herbs, cheese-making and weaving, as well as glass melting early Slavic methods. The farm is a member of EKOLAND and Slowfood Poland.
