Claudio Manarin learned to make ice cream in Argentina. Born in Italy, he has lived in the Palatinate for many years. The ice cream confectioner sells his handmade ice cream all year round in his café in Mußbach (An der Eselshaut 35) and in the ice cream shop in Lachen on Heinrichstrasse (end of February to October). The ingredients for the ice cream creations are all very high quality and if possible they come from the region.
