In the 30's of last century grandparents of the current owner, Mr. Stanislaw Malanowicz, opened a restarurant at the market square in Rakow. With time it became renowned for is excellet roast goose. Their grandson decided to continue the traditio and opened his own place in 1997 under the name "Under the Goose".
