The Bachewski restaurant is dedicated to the Bachewski family - famous patrons and public figures of Lviv, who lived in Lviv from the end of the 18th century until the first half of the 20th century. They were the founders of one of the world's first vodka factories in 1782, and exported it from Lviv all over the world.
Ресторація Бачевських присвячена родині Бачевських – відомим меценатам та громадським діячам Львова, які починаючи з кінця 18 і аж до першої половині 20 століття мешкали у Львові. Вони були засновниками однієї з перших у світі фабрик горілки в 1782 році, та експортували її зі Львова по всьому світу.
