Zakwas Mąka Woda is a small craft bakery from Libertów, which exists since 2014. We bake only a few types of bread made from local flour and old cereal varieties, mainly from einkorn, emmer, rye, buckwheat and spelt. Every bread is baked according to a traditional recipe and without the addition of yeast, using natural ingredients only. We use our perennial rye and spelt sourdough to bake bread. Due to the long technological process (three stages of fermentation take 2 days), we are not able to bake a large batch of bread, but those that come out of our hands are amazing.
